Returns & Refund Policy
Your Right to Cancel – 14 Day Return Policy (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. This is your “cooling-off” period, during which you can return the goods for any reason and receive a full refund, including the standard delivery charge.
To exercise your right to cancel:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel.
Exceptions:
We cannot accept returns for the following items unless they are faulty:
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g. underwear, earrings) for hygiene reasons
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.
- We will refund the standard delivery cost only. If you opted for express or premium delivery, this may not be refunded.
- If the returned goods are not in a suitable condition, we reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage costs.
